Mars Area School District's Nursing Department may administer certain over-the-counter medications, including Advil/Motrin, Tylenol or Tums, to your child with parental consent, in accordance with the School District Physician's Standing Orders.

Note: Students are not permitted to self-carry or self-administer medication. Furthermore, medication will not be provided to your child, if he/she has a fever. A child with a fever will be sent home.

If you want your child to be able to receive the above listed over-the-counter medications at school, please complete the appropriate form using the links provided below. If you do not wish to have your child receive the medication, you do not need to complete the form.
