Fourth-graders in Stephanie Graff, Allison Loverher and Jamie Waters’s classrooms at Mars Area Elementary School joined in a “Glow Day”  activity on Jan. 23. 

Students rotated through 10 stations  lit by black lights — Glow Editing, Glow Reading, Geometry that Glows, Krazy Jenga, Let’s Bowl, Multi-Step Mayhem, Operation Egg, Penny Push, Pong Toss, and Ring Toss — each of which offered a review of grammar, math or reading skills.

Fourth-graders were required to accurately complete a packet of content-related tasks before they could play a game at each station. For details, call (724) 625-3161.
