Mars Area High School Student Council will hold its annual Trick-or-Treat Night from 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26, at the High School.
Note: The event will no longer be offered in a “drive-thru” format, as in previous years. All activities will take place within Mars Area High School.
All visitors will enter through the auditorium doors, follow a marked path through the building, and exit via the school’s front doors. (See below.)
The event, which is open to District children up to and including third grade, will offer visitors a chance to trick-or-treat in the halls of Mars Area High School. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Members of school’s clubs, sports teams and other organizations will hand out candy at various stations through the building.
FOOD DRIVE — In conjunction with Trick-or-Treat Night, Student Council will hold its annual Food Drive to benefit St. Kilian’s Food Pantry (Mars). Donations of non-perishable items (canned goods, cereal, paper products, etc.) and/or monetary donations may be dropped off at Mars Area High School during the event.
