Mars Area Elementary School will kick off the 2024-2025 School Year with a Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS) assembly from 2 to 2:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.
Jim “Basketball” Jones Jones will entertain students with a variety of basketball tricks, while discussing the importance of being kind, respectful and responsible.
In addition, members of the school’s PBIS Team will discuss “The Mars Way” initiative, reminding students to “Make good choices, Always be kind, be Ready to learn, and to Stay safe.”
